The feeling is both humbling and elevating at the same time. It also signifies a responsibility of having to consistently live up to the high standards associated with this award. I would like to dedicate this honour to my two pillars of strength, namely my family and my team, without whom this day wouldn\u2019t have been possible.<\/p>\n

2. What do you think of Midday\u2019s initiative in starting these icons?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I firmly believe that this initiative by MIDDAY will set the benchmarks for quality and excellence in Navi Mumbai\u2019s realty sector.<\/p>\n

3. What are your thoughts on Navi Mumbai as an investment destination?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Navi Mumbai is truly Mumbai\u2019s future in terms of standard of living, career opportunities, convenience and overall quality of life. Unlike a congested Mumbai bursting at its seams, Navi Mumbai offers abundance of space to build a well-planned city on the cornerstones of a smarter and eco-friendlier infrastructure. Smart city NAINA stands testimony to that initiative. It goes without saying that a city with an International Airport, a world class port at Nhava Seva, Metro Rail connectivity and broader tree-lined roads and avenues has only one future\u2013that of becoming a world class city. Doesn\u2019t that answer your question on Navi Mumbai being a viable investment destination?<\/p>\n

4. Please highlight the best features of your project?<\/strong><\/p>\n

With RERA regulating the construction processes and protecting the rights of customers, it is now safe to even invest in under-construction projects at a lower price without any fear of losing ones\u2019 hard-earned money and suffering unwanted delivery timeline delays.<\/p>\n

6. As a woman achiever, do you think the time has finally come when woman achievers are getting their rightful due?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I am hoping for a day when a question like this is never asked. The realty sector like most other sectors in 21st-century India rewards passion, ingenuity and hardwork. Yes, it\u2019s true that women have to work harder to still prove their mettle, but the rules are being redefined with each passing day by women at every step of the business and professional ladder. With the blurring of the gender divide at the workplace, the emphasis is now on ones\u2019 ability to deliver and I personally believe that women are more focused towards that end. Success is then just a natural by-product.<\/p>\n

7. What is your success mantra? How much credit would you give to your company in bagging this prestigious icon?<\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s simple. Believe in yourself and your abilities, enjoy your work and function as a well-knit team of passionate achievers. And yes, have a life beyond work. Striking the right work\u2013life balance is paramount for achieving a fruitful and fulfilling life. As far as credit is concerned, it goes 100% to the company, to each member of our Qualcon family for working as one cohesive unit to realise the Qualcon Dream. Incidentally, that is also the name of our company.<\/p>\n

8. Do you think such icons will be successful in removing the gender bias that people and professions have been riddled with?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The gender bias will slowly and surely die a natural death as more and more women assume leadership positions in the world of business. The world is rapidly progressing towards it. Such icons will definitely expedite that process and help create a healthier and gender-friendlier professional world.<\/p>\n
